As part of the Seven Media creator onboarding experience, creators may be offered an optional 15-day onboarding communication program.

If you choose to participate, you may receive daily educational content, tips, reminders, resources and other onboarding information for the first 15 days of your relationship with Seven Media.

Depending on the communication method you select, these messages may be delivered by:
- SMS/text message; or
- Email

Participation in this 15-day communication program is optional.

Creators will have the opportunity to choose whether they would like to receive these communications when their contact information is collected. You may decline this option at that time.

After the initial 15-day onboarding period, communications through the opted-in channel will generally be limited to important Seven Media announcements, updates and information relevant to your participation or relationship with Seven Media.

4. Communication Preferences and Opting Out

You are not required to participate in the optional 15-day daily communication program.

If you opt in and later change your mind, you may opt out of these communications.

For SMS communications, you may generally opt out by replying STOP to a Seven Media text message. You may also contact Seven Media directly to request removal from optional communications.

For email communications, you may use the unsubscribe option included in applicable emails or contact Seven Media directly.

Opting out of optional communications does not necessarily prevent Seven Media from sending communications that are necessary to administer your relationship with us, provide requested services, address account or program matters or comply with legal or operational obligations.

Message and data rates may apply to SMS communications depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Seven Media does not consider information that you intentionally make public through a social media platform to be private information solely because we have accessed or referenced it for legitimate creator-related purposes.

We encourage creators to carefully consider what information they choose to make publicly available online.
